McMaster Carbon Sink Forest Learn about McMaster Carbon Sink Forest

Help build a model forest. McMaster Carbon Sink Forest works towards strategies that will mitigate the effects of climate change and provides opportunities for experiential learning, teaching, research, student and community engagement and outreach.

The McMaster Centre Climate Centre operates a network of five weather stations to support teaching, research and community outreach activities. The stations are located on the McMaster campus and at local high schools in Hamilton, Ontario. An interactive website provides real-time information and access to archived data from the McMaster station. The centre makes the data available to researchers, teachers, and students to support experiential learning, classroom instruction, exercises, assignments, and lab projects.

To access archived weather data, please contact the McMaster Centre for Climate Change coordinator.
